[Tamuning, Guam – July 29, 2025] – Triple J Auto Group is proud to announce the exceptional performance of its team at the 2025 Ford Asia Pacific Distributor Market (APDM) Skills Contest held in Thailand. Sales Consultant Timothy Hall was named the Overall Winner in the Sales Consultant category, while Service Advisor Jonovan Johanes earned 1st Runner-Up in the Service Advisor category.
The APDM Skills Contest is an annual initiative by Ford Motor Company designed to recognize and celebrate the top talent across the Asia Pacific distributor network. This year’s multi-day competition, held at the Ford Learning Centre in Bangkok, brought together high-performing Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, and Technicians from across the region for a series of knowledge-based assessments and hands-on challenges.
Timothy Hall showcased his expertise in product knowledge, customer experience, and sales techniques, ultimately outperforming representatives from across Asia Pacific to claim the top spot. Jonovan Johanes impressed judges with his skillset in vehicle inspection, communication, and aftersales service, placing second among the best service advisors in the region.
