Triple J and Ford Fund Partner to Support Typhoon Mawar Relief Efforts 

with $10,000 Donation to American Red Cross


[Upper Tumon, Guam - Monday, July 24, 2023] - Triple J, in collaboration with Ford Fund, the philanthropic arm of Ford Motor Company, is proud to announce their joint effort to provide vital support to the victims of Typhoon Mawar. Today, Triple J and Ford Fund presented a generous donation of $10,000 to the Guam chapter of the American Red Cross to aid in their ongoing disaster relief operations.

The American Red Cross has been at the forefront of the disaster response efforts, offering critical support to those impacted by Typhoon Mawar. The $10,000 donation from Triple J and Ford Fund will contribute to the Red Cross's ongoing relief operations, enabling them to provide shelter, meals, medical aid, and other essential services to those in need.

Triple J and Ford Fund believe in the power of collaboration and community resilience, especially during times of crisis. By joining forces with the American Red Cross, they aim to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the affected individuals and families, helping them recover and rebuild their lives.

Due to the impact of Typhoon Mawar, the 21st Annual Red Ball that was scheduled for May 28, had been postponed. It is now confirmed to take place on Saturday, September 23rd at the Dusit Thani Guam Resort. Table and ticket sales are ongoing. The highlight of the Red Ball is the raffle of a Ford Ranger XLT Supercrew 4WD as the grand prize, generously provided by Triple J. Other exciting items include a round-trip ticket for two to Dubai from Philippine Airlines with a two-night accommodation at the Dusit Thani Dubai, gas certificates, hotel stays, designer items from DFS, and other exciting prizes. The raffle tickets, limited to 800, are priced at $100 per ticket and the winners need not be present to win.
