Tinian, CNMI – October 9, 2025 – Triple J Tinian marked a day to remember on Saturday, October 4, bringing
the community together for not one, but two major celebrations, the island’s first-ever Bubble Color Run 5K in
the morning, followed by the 3rd Annual Oktoberfest at the Tinian Fiesta Grounds that evening.

The day began in a burst of color and excitement as 124 participants took off from Jones Beach for the
inaugural Bubble Color Run, following a scenic course along Canal Street, looping around the Triple J
Wholesale to Everyone/Tinian Western Lodge roundabout, and heading south on Broadway before turning back
north near Tachongna Beach. Along the route, runners and walkers were greeted with waves of bubbles and
color, symbolizing the joy and unity of this first-of-its-kind event.

Top overall finishers were Jason Neidigh, who claimed first place in the Male Division with a time of 19:41,
and Taliana Longoria, who finished first among the Female Division at 21:57.

Seven age group categories were recognized, including Joedric Torres (Male Youth, 25:59), Maria Quiamboa
(Female Open, 29:42), and Diego Torres (Male Sub-master, 24:09), among others.

“This being our first-ever Bubble Color Run on Tinian made it even more special,” said Sam Pappas, General
Manager of Triple J Tinian. “Seeing families, students, and community groups come together in full color and
full spirit shows exactly what we love about this island, its energy, heart, and sense of togetherness. We’re
proud to bring events like this to Tinian that encourage healthy living and community connection.”

The celebration continued into the evening at the Tinian Fiesta Grounds, where hundreds gathered for Triple
J’s 3rd Annual Oktoberfest, a lively blend of German tradition and island hospitality. Guests enjoyed authentic
German food and beer, live entertainment, games, and raffle prizes, all under a festive tent filled with laughter,
music, and community spirit.

“Our goal with events like Oktoberfest is to celebrate culture, connection, and the good things that bring people
together,” added Pappas. “Seeing so many familiar faces return each year, and new ones joining in, reminds us
why we do what we do.”

Triple J Founder & Chairman Robert H. Jones reflected on the milestone day, stating, “When we founded Triple
J over 40 years ago, our mission was rooted in giving back to the communities we serve. Seeing the excitement
of Tinian’s first Bubble Color Run and the joy of Oktoberfest all in one day perfectly captures the spirit of what
Triple J stands for - family, community, and celebration.”

The Tinian Bubble Color Run was made possible through the generous support of community partners
including the TSL Foundation, Tinian Mayor’s Office, Bank of Guam, Black Construction, IT& E, and Tinian
Ice & Water and through the dedication and hard work of the Triple J team, many of whom volunteered their
time to make the event a success.

Triple J extends its heartfelt gratitude to all runners, guests, sponsors, and volunteers who made this
unforgettable day of color, culture, and community possible.
