As part of their 'Customers First' commitment to the community, Triple J Auto Group donated over 250 basketballs, 14 to each village, this morning at the regular monthly Mayor's Council meeting. This donation will help support youth outreach efforts in each of Guam's 19 villages.
When asked what prompted the group to make this donation, Kristine Lujan, Director of Marketing for Triple Enterprises, Inc. said, "Triple J has always been a big supporter of island wide youth sports initiatives. We know that when our youth are active and participate in sports, they stay focused and feel empowered. Through this donation, we are taking it to the village level. Most of our villages have, or participate in, summer youth programs and are always in need of equipment, these basketballs are a way for us to support them in their efforts to provide a healthy, active environment for our youth."
