The Triple J Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of more than 22,000 square meters in Lot 5128-1 located in Upper Tumon commonly known as the former Foremost dairy facility.
The acquisition has been part of Triple J’s strategic plans since the mid 1990s. The property will be used in the short term to expand existing operations and eventually be redeveloped to provide additional products and services to the growing customer base of Triple J.
The expansion of the Triple J facilities will greatly enhance the capabilities of the Triple J group operations. Triple J also expressed appreciation to the Ungacta/Flores families and their heirs for the sale of the property.
