On Friday, March 2nd, the Executive Management team of Triple J Enterprises, Inc., celebrated Employee Appreciation Day with their 400 employees on Guam. This date coincides with Employee Appreciation Day celebrated nationally.

The day was set aside to honor the over 900 employees on Guam, Saipan and the region. The Executive Management Team started out the day recognizing each of the enterprise division’s employees for their hard work and dedication required for success in the industries that Triple J serves in the islands.

The day included honoring employees with personal visits from the Executive Management team along with a celebratory cake. It also included an appreciation luncheon with all division heads to personally address and praise each of their critical contributions to Triple J’s overall success.

"Every day should be employee appreciation day," said Jeff Jones, President and COO of Triple J Enterprises, Inc. "Our team amazes me each day with the hard work, dedication and commitment that they give to make Triple J a successful company."

Jones also went on to say that, “Communication and teamwork are vital aspects of the company’s success. It takes a cohesive team effort to operate efficiently and deliver on our “Customers First” commitment to the communities we serve.”

Yolanda Padrones, Human Resource Director for Triple J Enterprises, Inc. added that this initiative is a demonstration of appreciation for our employees and management, “We hope that this celebration continues the momentum and focus on employee engagement, Triple J is committed to making a real difference in the lives of our employees and it is our hope that we take the time needed to celebrate their hard work – a little thanks goes a long way.”
